Maître Léa Scemama

Léa Scemama is a lawyer admitted to the Bar (avocate à la Cour), practising in real estate, corporate and commercial law at Miraï Avocats, in Paris.

She advises and represents landlords, individuals and businesses at every stage of their matters, from advice to litigation: leases and eviction for unpaid rent, company formation and transfers, sale of business assets and commercial disputes.

From 2022 to 2024 she practised at Dune — first as a trainee lawyer, then as an admitted lawyer — in commercial law, real estate law, commercial leases, corporate law and civil and commercial litigation.

During her training she worked as a legal counsel in the Corporate and Tax department of the Paris-Saclay Legal Clinic, and completed an internship at the Civil Affairs and Seal Directorate of the French Ministry of Justice, within its offices for real estate and environmental law, corporate law and audit, general commercial law, business economics law and the law of obligations.
