Legal fees

At Miraï Avocats, fee transparency is a commitment. A fee agreement is systematically drawn up at the start of the engagement, setting out the calculation method and an estimate of the total cost.
Hourly rate
Time-based billing, suited to complex or evolving matters. Our hourly rate is €300 excluding VAT.
Fixed fee
Fees agreed in advance for well-defined services: contract drafting, company formation, business transfers.
Success fee
In addition to a base fee, a variable share may be agreed in the event of success, under the conditions provided for by law.
