At Miraï Avocats, fee transparency is a commitment. A fee agreement is systematically established at the start of each engagement, specifying the billing method and an estimate of the total cost.
Hourly rate
Time-based billing, suited to complex or evolving matters. The hourly rate is set according to the nature and technical complexity of the case.
Fixed fee
Fees agreed in advance for well-defined services: contract drafting, company formation, business transfers.
Conditional fee
In addition to a base fee, a variable element may be agreed upon success, within the conditions provided by law.
